Milk Toast Republicanism

If anyone had any doubts whatsoever that the Republican Party has lost its manner and is no longer a true friend to the core conservative values of individual liberty and restricted government, those doubts ought to be put firmly to rest regarding the current debate in Washington over the proposal for socialized health care advent out of the far left. it's no wonder that conservatives, folks who in reality believe in the Constitution, are upset with Republicans who time and again run out to stand before the cameras and at Tea Parties to proudly proclaim how a lot they understand us and that they will stand with us only to stab us in the back with the longest and sharpest knives they are able to find on any given day once the crowds have dispersed.

Joe Lieberman And The Far Left Democratic Party

Senator Joe Liebermam who just lost the Connecticut Democratic Party primary has registered to run for a fourth term as an 'independant Democrat'. Senator Lieberman was, it seems, too moderate and too non partizan for the new far left Democratic Party. It seems that, nowdays, if you prefer to run for office as a Democrat you have to toe the far left line and you have to agree to denounce and fight everything the Republicans put forth. it is Ok to lie, it is OK to cheat but do not you dare agree with anything a Republican

Obama and the Spirits of History

On November 4, 2008 at more or less 11:00pm Central time, Barack Obama was elected the 44th President of the United States of America. Obama and his beautiful wife, Michelle, bring grace and belief in the future of possibilities that has not been seen or felt in the White House since John and Jackie Kennedy, our 35th President and First Lady from 1961 to1963. In the hope-filled, decisive, yes-we-can victory of the Obama campaign, the spirits of every person and every event that came before him exploded in continuity, clarity and

It's Time to Kill the Two Headed Beast - The Two Party System

After 2008 Election Primaries, I joined the Libertarian Party. I had been a life-long Republican. In college, after doing research on the Vietnamese War, the Democratic Party's hypocrisy considering the suffering of the Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians under Communism disgusted me. I could never vote for a Democrat after that. They clearly did not love or believe in freedom enough to support the Southeast Asians and keep their commitments, and they certainly didn't care what happened to them after the Communist victory. it's no

Is it the Democrat Or Democratic Party

When the Democrat party is referred to in the media or by other commentators, it's often referred to as the Democratic party. In a bi-partisan manner, both parties are democratic but one by name is the Democrat party. Is one manner of saying it correct and one manner incorrect?

Even if one is not a stickler for words, this presents an interesting question. Going to dictionary.com, and

The State of the Democratic Party Presidential Race

Senator Hillary Clinton is struggling to keep her democratic nomination alive today though she was the overwhelming favorite just three months back - in December 2007.

The reason for this is simple: Senator Clinton's almost-perfect certitude in December 2007 that she would prevail. That certitude was reasonable by most objective measures. Senator Clinton did not come to that

What the Movie District 9 Says About Corruption at the United Nations

So, how is it that one movie can go after so a lot of of the hypocrisies of the world? How can one movie make all of humanity look in the mirror and dump the facade of all the injustices in the world? I do not know how they did it, but the movie is known as District 9.

Interestingly enough, it isn't even really a movie about humanity, it's a movie about aliens. The movie takes

Is There Empirical Evidence That The Republican Party Ranks is Shrinking

Since the election, I have listened to a lot of callers to the C-Span call-in lines, saying how they would be leaving the Republican party, to become independents. At first I was shocked to hear this, since it seemed to me, to be a new development.

What was so shocking to me was that I have had the same thoughts and inclinations. Since I have always

Why Does The Democratic Party Keep Shooting Themselves In The Foot With Presidential Nominations

The Democratic Party always seems to succumb to the most liberalist candidates and always dumps their support for more middle of the road candidates. Senator Obama is probably has the most liberal voting record in the Senate besides Senator Kennedy. Senator Kennedy in reality has an excuse, he has a brain tumor maybe cluttering his judgment. Senator Obama then again has absolutely no excuse.

When the going gets tough, Senator Obama always runs lef

Democrat Websites Say the Republican Party is History

It is always fun to consider the World through others's eyes, even when it's clear they're jaded to no end. Recently, after the election of Senator Barack Obama to President-Elect Obama we have heard quite a bit of gloating by Democrat Bloggers about how the Republican Party has falling apart. They talk about fictitious in-fighting and clutter the airwaves, Internet and media with hypotheticals.

The reality is that the Senator Barrack Obama spent nearly

World Crisis Management Once Again Falls to the United Nations

The United Nations Security Council

The world once again finds itself in crisis, with the body that is tasked with handling it, the United Nations, being among the more ineffectual and anemic institutions that we have at our disposal.

Made up of 192 countries, the U.N., since 1945 when it was founded, has done some very good things in its' humanitarian missions (and some not so well). it's when we get to the role of the Security Council and the management of world peace, that it finds itself lacking any semblance of teeth, and in a lot of instances, particularly when Israel is involved, an unbiased approach.

Union Intimidation Bill - Democratic Party Repays Union Masters

The Democratic Party is beholden to the nation's most self-serving special interests.

They proved this once again on Wednesday by voting in favor of HR800, a House bill to take away workers' right to a supervised private ballot when voting for or against union representation.

Needless to say, this would be the perfect intimidation tool for union bosses.

Obama's Fishy Firing of Walpin

When Alberto Gonzales fired a few U.S. Attorneys the left went nuts calling his actions politically motivated and demanding an investigation into the firings be held. When Barack Obama fired an inspector general, a position that is above politics, the media didn't even report it. I'm guessing this is the first time you've heard of it.

Giving Money to Conservatives, Not Republicans

I've received a lot of surveys from various entities in the Republican Party over the last couple of months. they're all request for money, thinly veiled by the cover of a genuine desire to know what I think. The first one I received was from Mr. Michael Steele himself and he specifically asked what the party could do to restore my trust. Subsequent solicitations, sorry I meant surveys, asked similar questions. In my reply to Mr. Steele I specifically laid out what the party requires to do to restore my trust. Judging from the actions of the party I have to assume my reply was lost in the mail. I suppose it is possible that the reply was delivered, but I want to think not. So, here is a slightly updated form of my response.

Is There Racial Issues In The Democratic Party

Barak Obama has clearly been a catalyst for the alteration movement that has revived an uninspired electorate to arise and let your voice be heard. Recently during a campaign rally in New Hampshire, former president Bill Clinton referred to Obama as a fairy tale candidacy. Then Hillary referred to our country going backwards if she's not elected as the democratic candidate for president. Wait a minute, are these the same Clinton's that the majority of black people supported through the good and the bad times during there administration. Bill as of late has become Hillary's attack dog on the stump and both of them are talking in code.

How to Understand Liberal-Speak - A Guide to Comprehending Democrat Party Rhetoric

Sometime in the 4th century BC in his Apology 18B, Plato said, "The art of making true things seem false and false things seem true by the use of words." Plato known as that skill rhetoric and thus every liberal public relations professional will ever be grateful.

This is vitally significant to know for once one understands the meaning behind the cleverly constructed euphemisms Democrats are so wont to use, a list that I will give momentarily, one can with accuracy identify the policy wishes and core ideology under which a Marxist Liberal Democrat operates inside. The Republicans do it too, but not to the degree with which the Democrats do. In fact, it's a core part of the selling of their liberal messaging.
